🚫 Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of printing services, orders cannot be cancelled once the file has been processed or printing has started.
💸 Refund Policy
We are happy to issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- If the transaction failed but the amount was deducted from your account.
- If the file was not uploaded due to a server error.
- If there is a major defect in the print quality (e.g., blank pages, severe damage).
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card) within 1-2 business days.
